Welcome to the Detail IT & Media Solutions Customer Portal.
This guide explains step by step how to use the portal after logging in.
1. Customer Dashboard
After login, you will see the Dashboard.
Here you can find:

Project Overview: All projects grouped by status:

Not Started

In Progress
-
Waiting
-
Cancelled
-
Completed
-

Quick Access: Direct links to Files and Calendar.
📌 Tip: The Dashboard is the fastest way to get an overview of your active and completed projects.
2. Projects, Tasks & Timesheets
In the Projects section, you can see all projects assigned to you.

Projects: Shows all active and past projects. Click for details.

Tasks: See your assigned tasks and progress.

Timesheet (Time Logs): Track who worked on which task and for how long.

Milestones & Gantt View: Visual timeline of the project’s progress.

Files: Upload or download project-related files.

Discussions: Communicate directly within the project.

Tickets: Link and manage support requests for this project.
📌 Tip: Check the Project Progress Bar for instant status updates.
3. Ticket System
The Ticket System is the main place to request support or report issues.

Open a New Ticket for technical problems, questions, or requests.

Tickets are assigned to the responsible staff member.

You will receive replies both in the system and via email.

You can attach files for faster processing.
📌 Tip: Use clear titles and detailed descriptions when opening tickets.
4. Live Chat Support
Besides tickets, you can use the Chat System.

Open the chat from the bottom right corner.

Select an assigned staff member and start a conversation.

Chat is best for short questions and quick support.
📌 Tip: For long-term or formal issues, always use the Ticket System instead of chat.
5. Knowledgebase
The Knowledgebase contains tutorials, workflows, and frequently asked questions.

Use the Search Bar to quickly find answers.

Browse through categories (e.g. Planning & Project Management).

Articles explain best practices step by step.
